Your body continues to show signs of the many changes ahead. Your uterus is more swollen under the influence of pregnancy hormones, increased blood supply and amniotic fluid.

Even though you still may not look like you are pregnant to those around you, you might notice your clothes are getting little tighter around waist.

By the end of month 2, your uterus has grown to the size of a large grapefruit.

Your Baby:

The face begins to form including eyelids, ears and other features. The eyes have the retina and lens. The major muscle system is developed and the baby starts to practice moving.
