Spiritual Aspects

Hindu culture is full of rituals, traditions, and daily routines that seek to enhance and create the best circumstances for an individual while alive. These rituals are very orderly, taking place to move the individual from one stage of life to another. We also consume lots of vitamins and minerals to stay healthy. To replenish I “the soul” we need to consume or feel all the above qualities and that can be possible through pure, positive and powerful thoughts through Raj Yoga Meditation. The language of the Mind is Colour (Images), music and arts. Colour is a form of vibrational energy and each colour of the spectrum is associated with a range of wavelength.
