You:
As you begin your last trimester, most of your pregnancy symptoms are caused by your growing uterus. Bluish or reddish lines called as “Varicose veins” appear beneath the surface of your skin (legs and ankles). Your heart tends to work overtime as your body keeps on producing more blood than normal, carrying oxygen and nutrients to your growing baby.
PHYSICAL CHANGES:
- Heartburn
 - Varicose veins

EMOTIONAL CHANGES:
- Preparing for the arrival of new born
 - Thoughts about normal / C-Section labor

Your Baby:
During 29 weeks, your baby’s muscles start to mature and develop as well as your baby’s lungs. The baby’s brain development is continued further day by day.
