You:
Estimating the baby weight may prove challenging as you continue your pregnancy week. The routine visits to the doctor now includes a careful check of the cervix. Any signs of dilation indicate the nearing labor. There will be pressure on the vagina, a direct implication of the baby dropping down process.
PHYSICAL CHANGES:
- Breast becomes heavy
 - Shortness of breath with mild exertion

EMOTIONAL CHANGES:
- Eager anticipation

Your Baby:
By pregnancy week 34 you may notice that your baby drops lower in your belly. This is a process whereby your baby’s head enters the birth canal to prepare for delivery. For first time mothers this can happen a few weeks before delivery. The baby is also developing antibodies to fight infection. The hair growth replaces the early phase lanugo.
